This document sets out the rules governing the use of the ka678 platform. Please read it carefully before creating your account – by registering, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to everything contained herein.

Welcome to ka678. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the ka678 platform available at ka678.best, including Sports Betting, live casino, slots, poker, crash games, and all other services offered by the platform.
By creating an account, making a deposit, or using any service available on the ka678, you confirm that you have read, understood, and expressly agree to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, do not create an account or use the platform's services.

One account per CPF. Must be 18 or older. Minimum deposit of R$ 10.00 via Pix. Withdrawals only to accounts under the same CPF. Bonuses have a rollover requirement. Gambling is prohibited for minors. ka678 may close accounts that violate these Terms.
To create an account at ka678, the user must meet all of the following requirements simultaneously:
Access to and use of the ka678 platform is strictly prohibited for anyone under the age of 18. ka678 uses identity verification (KYC) and may request documents at any time to confirm a user's age. Accounts belonging to minors will be closed immediately and balances held pending investigation.
Each individual may hold only one (1) active account at ka678, linked to your CPF. Creating multiple accounts with different CPFs, using another person's CPF, or opening accounts on behalf of others is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts linked to the same holder are detected, all accounts involved will be immediately closed and any associated balances and bonuses will be cancelled.
Users are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all information provided during registration, including full name, CPF, date of birth, address, phone number, and email. False or outdated information may result in account suspension and balance withholding pending verification.
Ka678 may request identity documents (national ID, driver's license, or passport) and proof of address at any time, particularly before the first withdrawal or when transaction volumes reach regulatory thresholds. The verification process is completed within 24 business hours and only needs to be done once.
Users are solely responsible for keeping their login credentials (email and password) confidential. ka678 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA), available in account settings. Any activity carried out using your credentials is your responsibility, except in cases of proven security breaches on the platform's part.

Ka678 reserves the right to suspend or close accounts, withhold balances, and cancel bets and bonuses if there is suspicion or confirmation of any of the prohibited conduct listed above, without prior notice and without any obligation to refund amounts involved in the violation.
Accounts with no activity (login, deposit, or bet) for more than 12 (twelve) consecutive months may be considered inactive. ka678 will notify the user at the email address on file at least 30 days before applying any maintenance fee or initiating an account closure process due to inactivity.

The minimum Pix deposit is R$ 10.00. The minimum deposit via boleto or card is R$ 20.00. The minimum withdrawal via Pix is R$ 30.00. Maximum limits vary by payment method and the user's VIP Program level. See the Deposits and Withdrawals for the full limits table.
All deposits must be made from bank accounts or digital wallets registered under the same CPF as the ka678 account. Third-party deposits are automatically declined and returned within 24 hours. Likewise, withdrawals are processed exclusively to bank accounts or Pix keys linked to the account holder's CPF. ka678 is not responsible for withdrawals sent to incorrect details provided by the user.
Pix withdrawals are processed in a continuous queue 24 hours a day, with an average processing time of up to 5 minutes. Withdrawals subject to pending KYC verification or security review may take up to 48 business hours. ka678 does not charge fees on withdrawals within standard limits.
Ka678 does not charge any processing fee on deposits. Withdrawals via Pix and TED are also fee-free on our end. The amount you request is the amount that arrives in your bank account.
The main balance (deposited without a bonus) is available for withdrawal at any time, provided the minimum amount of R$ 30.00 is met. Balances originating from bonuses are subject to the rollover conditions described in Section 6 (Bonuses & Promotions).
A bet is only considered valid and confirmed once the ka678 issue a confirmation with a unique identification number. Bets in processing that have not received confirmation are not considered accepted. ka678 reserves the right to refuse or limit bets without providing a reason, particularly in cases of clearly incorrect odds, suspicious bets, or markets with insufficient liquidity.
Bets are settled based on the official result of the event as published by the relevant governing body – CBF for the Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, and national teams; CONMEBOL for the Libertadores and Sul-Americana; and the corresponding regulatory bodies for all other sports. The result used is always the score at the end of regular time, unless otherwise specified in the market.
If an event is cancelled or postponed to a date more than 24 hours after the original, all bets on that event are cancelled and the amounts are returned to the user's balance. If the event is postponed by less than 24 hours and takes place on the same day or the following day, bets remain valid. Specific exceptions may be outlined in the individual rules for each sport.
Live bets are accepted in real time with continuously updated odds. ka678 may temporarily suspend live markets during critical moments in a match (goals, penalties, red cards). The cash out feature is available on selected markets and allows you to settle a bet before the event ends at the value displayed at the time of the request. The cash out amount may be lower than the original potential winnings and is subject to system confirmation.
Odds published due to a manifest technical error (values clearly inconsistent with the market) may be corrected or the bets cancelled, even after acceptance. ka678 makes every effort to identify and correct odds errors as quickly as possible. If a bet is cancelled due to an odds error, the full staked amount is returned to the user's balance.
The casino games available at ka678 – including slots, roulette, blackjack, baccarat, crash games, and live casino – are provided by suppliers certified by independent testing laboratories. The RTP (Return to Player) for each game is published by the respective provider and can be found in each game's individual information.
All casino and poker games on ka678 use random number generation (RNG) systems audited by certified third-party entities. This ensures that outcomes are completely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated by any party. Audit certificates are available upon request from support.
Poker at ka678 is played against other real players, not against the house. The platform charges a rake (commission) on cash game pots and an entry fee (between 10% and 15% of the buy-in) for tournaments. The specific rules for each variant (Texas Hold'em, Omaha PLO, Short Deck) follow international standard regulations. The collusion detection system monitors suspicious patterns in real time.
In the event of a technical malfunction during a casino or poker game session (connection loss, server failure), ka678 will take all reasonable steps to resolve the situation fairly. If the outcome of an in-progress round cannot be determined, the amount staked on the affected round will be returned to the user's balance.
New members of ka678 are entitled to a 100% welcome bonus on the first deposit, up to R$ 1,500.00. To activate the bonus, the first deposit must be at least R$ 20.00. The bonus is credited automatically once the deposit is confirmed.
Bonus amounts are subject to a rollover requirement before they can be withdrawn. The standard rollover for the welcome bonus is 5x (five times) the bonus amount received in wagers on eligible categories. For example: upon receiving a R$ 200.00 bonus, you must place R$ 1,000.00 in eligible bets to unlock the bonus for withdrawal.
The welcome bonus and its associated rollover must be completed within 60 (sixty) calendar days after the first deposit. After this period, any unreleased bonus balance is automatically cancelled. The main deposited balance is not affected by bonus expiration.
The welcome bonus is available once per individual (CPF). Attempts to claim the bonus multiple times through additional accounts will result in the cancellation of all accounts involved and their associated balances.
Specific promotions (poker freerolls, boosted odds, cashback, and seasonal promotions tied to the Brasileirão, Copa do Brasil, or UFC events) have their own rules published at the time of the promotion. If there is a conflict between the rules of a specific promotion and these General Terms, the specific promotion rules prevail for that particular point of conflict.

A ka678 employs all reasonable technical and human resources to keep the platform available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with adequate speed and security. However, the platform may occasionally be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, system updates, or reasons beyond ka678's control (such as third-party infrastructure outages).
Ka678 is not liable for losses resulting from: the user's betting decisions; internet connection failures on the user's end; misinterpretation of odds or market rules; or improper use of the platform's tools by the user.
Under no circumstances shall the total liability of ka678 toward an individual user exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 12 (twelve) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Users may request account closure at any time via live chat or by emailing suporte@ka678.best. Before closure, all pending withdrawals will be processed as normal. Any available balance will be transferred to the registered bank account within the standard processing timeframe.
A ka678 reserves the right to suspend or close an account, with or without prior notice, in the following situations:
In the event of account closure due to a violation, balances arising from bonuses or suspicious bets may be withheld pending investigation. Legitimate deposit balances not involved in the violation will be returned after review.
A ka678 may update these Terms at any time to reflect regulatory changes, service improvements, or other relevant factors. Material changes will be communicated to users by email at least 15 (fifteen) calendar days before taking effect.
The date of the last update is always displayed at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after a new version of the Terms takes effect constitutes acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with the changes, you may close your account as described in Section 10.
These Terms and Conditions are governed exclusively by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, including but not limited to the Brazilian Civil Code, the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990), and the General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018 – LGPD).
For the resolution of any disputes arising from the interpretation or application of these Terms, the parties elect the courts of the District of São Paulo – SP as the exclusive jurisdiction, expressly waiving any other venue, however privileged it may be.
